The prices of specific gift card bundles displayed on our website are maintained on a daily basis and are, to the best of our knowledge, correct. In the event an item has been misrepresented We will endeavour to inform the purchaser of the error immediately and will allow him/her to either obtain a full refund against the item, a refund of the difference (should the actual price be lower) or choose to pay the additional difference in price (should the actual price be higher).
You acknowledge and agree that You must pay for such Gift Cards with a valid credit or debit card (that You have authorization to use) or by other methods, as permitted. Please note Your card will not be charged until Your order is processed. This is to ensure that the price and quantity of Your order can be fully met.
All deliveries are subject to product availability. Upon receiving the products you have ordered, your payment and shipment will be processed. You will be notified when your package is shipped and will be given a tracking number by the shipping company that will allow you to more accurately track your order. Your order will be processed as soon as your payment has been recieved and accepted.
If you receive a damaged product or an incomplete order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible and we will help you complete the necessary steps for a return, exchange or re-order.
Customers should not accept an incorrect product; we will bear the return shipping fees for any incorrect product delivered. For all refunds we will refund the amount to the same payment method as used during the customer's checkout. Refunds will occur within 24 hours of receipt and inspection of the goods returned. Should a refund be requested after the 24 hour period of purchase, each refund will be looked at on a per-case basis. If a request for cancellation has been sent prior to the items being shipped, customers are entitled to a refund of 100%.
